I’ve always known how cool vinyls are, and I’ve always been jealous of those folks with sick vinyl collections and a working turntable. As a little girl, my favorite was the old-school 1950s Bing Crosby Merry Christmas vinyl album. Very, very gently my brother and I would put Bing Crosby on the turntable night after night during the holidays. When the turntable was on its last leg and the vinyl was scratched beyond recognition, it was a sad day for me.
